Day 5

Food:
GrapeNuts
Two handfuls mixed nuts
Turkey sandwich from New Seasons deli
Salad from New Seasons deli

Beverages:
Three cups of coffee
Lotsa water
Odwalla Carrot/Apple/Orange juice

Exercise:
About an hour and a half of tennis in the hot sun, which ended 4-4 with me up 15-love in the ninth game. That's right!

Smooch! I keep forgetting to mention about the "weekends are free" diet that I was on was a bit tricky. I went overboard a little on the weekends. It was like I thought I had to eat as much crap during the weekends to make p for the week which did not help. It's best to just treat the weekends as a more relaxed form of your new healthy lifestyle. I'm sure this was part of your plan but I thoght a warning was in order.
